I have been around aviation my whole life. I’ve been a dual rated helicopter and airplane pilot for 9 years now - aviation is what got me into photography. Being an experienced pilot gives me an advantage in the photography world as well. Knowing how to coordinate and plan the air to air shoot, what angles look best, helping pick a location, and most importantly knowing what is safe and what is not.
